Calls handled by Volsae AI agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and service delivery. Client businesses are responsible for ensuring their use of call recording complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including any caller notification requirements.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) the client business on whose behalf a call was handled; (b) service providers who help us operate (such as telephony, hosting, and scheduling providers), bound by confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities when required by law.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of their data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
